Welcome to Bagarstugan, a cozy café with homebaked bread and cakes. Bagarstugan has received praise and as well as awards for it’s great pasteries. We serve fresh sandwiches made on our own bread, a wide selection of sweet delights and delicious drinks and icecream from local producers. Here you can find everything from cheese rolls to fresh & filling sandwiches; or why not try our buffé?
Quality is what we pride ourselves on - That’s why we always use top quality ingredients. We bake with all natural ingredients. The thing that sets us apart from most bakeries and cafés is that we do all our baking ourselves and use authentic ingredients like ecological milk and flour. We use ecological and locally made products as much as possible. And what could be more locally made than Bagarstugans own homebaked pasteries?
Baking everything at Bagarstugan demands a lot of time and energy. Early mornings and late nights are a given. Certain breads can take up to 3 days from start to finish. But the end result is a bread with taste and flavor. So welcome to Bagarstugan to enjoy the fruits of our labor while relaxing in one of towns coziest cafés!
